Refund Policy

Seven-day launch guarantee
You may request a refund for an initial OrbitPlus lifetime-license purchase within seven calendar days of purchase.
How to request a refund
Contact HyperBrainLabs with the purchase email and transaction reference. Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Payment-provider processing time may vary.
Fair-use limits
We may decline a refund where there is evidence of fraud, chargeback abuse, license sharing, attempts to bypass activation, or substantial commercial use before the request. This does not restrict mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
After a refund
The refunded license and its device activations will be disabled. Your locally stored project files remain yours, but paid product features will no longer be available under that license.
AI credits and future cloud services
Consumed AI credits and separately purchased usage-based services are non-refundable except where required by law or where the service was not delivered.
