Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of OrbitPlus.app, its browser extension, video editor, creative studio, websites, and related services operated by HyperBrainLabs (“OrbitPlus,” “we,” or “us”). By using the product, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account, connection tokens, and activated devices. One lifetime creator license is for one natural person and up to four personal device or browser installations. It is not a team license and may not be shared, resold, or transferred without our written permission.

3. Product license and ownership

OrbitPlus and its source code, design, branding, workflows, and documentation are owned by HyperBrainLabs and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product. It does not transfer ownership of the software.

• Do not redistribute, sublicense, sell, publish, or provide the software or extension source to another person.
• Do not bypass licensing, activation, usage limits, or access controls.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or create a competing derivative from OrbitPlus except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Third-party components remain governed by their respective licenses.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of recordings, screenshots, projects, and other content you create. You are responsible for having permission to record people, systems, websites, and copyrighted materials. Local projects remain on your device unless you explicitly use a cloud or sharing feature.

5. Lifetime access, AI, and cloud services

“Lifetime” means access for the commercial lifetime of the local OrbitPlus product to the local recording, editing, export, creative tools, and offline updates included in your purchase. AI usage, cloud storage, collaboration, team seats, and third-party services may have separate limits and prices because they create ongoing costs.

6. Availability and acceptable use

Do not use OrbitPlus unlawfully, to invade privacy, distribute malware, attack systems, or infringe another person’s rights. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, security harm, or license sharing.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The beta is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for OrbitPlus during the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
